Upon understanding the procedure, kindly fill in the "World Learner 2012 – Application Form" and email to us.

Completing step 1, you will receive an email for the confirmation of receipt of documents. Please keep your application form, and be prepared to receive further information from us via email.

Once your application is approved, you should download from "Related Forms" and complete them "World Learner 2012 – Student Particulars Form",
"World Learner 2012 – Teachers Particulars Form", "World Learner 2012 – Parents Consent Form".
Then, print out the "World Learner 2012 – Application Form", signed and stamped, together with the other entire forms scan back into the computer and email to us at contactus@shijietongchuang.com or fax to us at 02-65421533.
